THe book begins with an excellent section on cheese making basics, equipment, ingredients, etc, before moving onto chapters covering beginners, intermediate, and advanced cheese making. The whole book is then rounded off with a ‘cooking with artisan cheeses’ recipe section.
Beautifully illustrated with full colour plates throughout.
