Unleavened paper sheets for calissons and nougats 3 x 6 unleavened sheets, essential for making calissons and nougats, but also for decorating cakes or yule logs It is with these sheets, also called host paper, that you can cut out and form the unleavened decorations to be placed on a pastry, in particular the Yule log. These sheets are made like cereal bread, but not leavened (not puffed up by the effect of yeast). Cut your unleavened sheets to the desired size using a pair of food scissors. Traditionally, unleavened bread is used for Jewish Passover or the Catholic Eucharist. Ingredients: potato starch, water. May contain traces of cereals, milk, soya and derivatives. Store away from light and moisture after opening. Format: 210 x 297 mm, thickness: 0.3 mm. Can also be used to decorate cakes using ScrapCooking® FOOD MARKERS.
