This size suits larger plastic-thread spacers, position setting and custom reinforced sections, especially where a non-metallic threaded bar needs more rigidity than plain nylon. The full-thread form accepts compatible M16 nuts along the rod and can be cut carefully if a shorter reinforced plastic section is needed.
