Description

The three gold, silver and copper colored surface dyes will be perfect for decorating your pastries, chocolates or other gourmet creation. The surface dyes give a brilliant touch to your pastries, when applied with a damp brush. The powder is not made to be used as a dye because with heat or other food, the iridescent effect disappears. The Youdoit team advises you to apply the powder with a slightly moistened brush to fix the powder on your pastry because it is volatile. Ingredients: E171, E172. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, celery, mustard. Net weight: 3 x 5 g
