The small, porous clay grains absorb the water like a sponge. The roots of the plant grow into this porous surface of the clay grains and are thus supplied with water, nutrients and vital oxygen as needed. Furthermore, our granules are light, do not age and do not compact. This preserves a loose, well-ventilated structure. But that was not all, because the plant granules prevent fungus gnats, as they do not feel particularly comfortable in our clay granules. Insert the SERAMIS® watering indicator into the root area of the plant up to the bottom of the indicator panel. Water the plant. The optimal watering quantity is approx. 1/4 of the pot volume. Be careful not to water too much, as free water could cause damage to your plant.
