These shift bellcranks are a weak point on the shifter mechanism on all For Polaris models.They use a soft aluminum and the splines easily strip out under hard use. We eliminated the problem and made them out of a heavy duty plate steel.The bellcrank is then zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
