Das bedeutet, dass das Altholz die Eigenschaften dieser verschiedenen Holzarten beibehält. Das heißt aber auch, dass man Nägel- oder Schraubenlöcher sowie andere Unvollkommenheiten vorfinden kann, die die reiche Geschichte des Holzes erzählen und dem Möbelstück ein warmes und authentisches Aussehen verleihen.
