Contains two powerful Central Reverse Polarity magnets.&nbsp;</p> Small fits 130-150mm wrist circumference Large fits 180-215mm wrist circumference <p>Bioflow products should not be worn by anyone fitted with a heart pacemaker or other implant that could be affected by a strong magnetic field.</p> <p>These bracelets&nbsp;are water resistant and will withstand being out in the rain or washing your hands.
