Innovatively designed spiral X-shaped brush for controlled application. Provides dramatic lashes with a clump-free appearance. Long-lasting wear. Smudge-proof and flake-proof formula. Formulated Without: Parabens Petroleum Mineral Oil Suggested Use For best results, start at the root of the lashes and slowly twirl the X-shaped brush upward from root to tip. This technique ensures even product application and naturally lifts and separates the lashes. To define lower lashes, use the corner of the brush in a crisscross motion for a precise finish.
