CMC Tylos edible glue powder 35 g

Pot of powder CMC Tylos 35 gr to realize glue food. Mixed with the sugar paste, you get gum paste (= modeling clay). CMC powder is used in professional bakeries. It is a food 'glue' that will allow you to paste decorative elements on your cakes. It has the advantage of sticking everything almost instantly. Use: mix 1/2 tsp. CMC with 7 to 8 tsp. hot water. Cover and let cool at 24H. The next day, add a few drops of water if necessary. The food glue obtained can be stored for 15 days in the refrigerator. Ingredients: carboxymethylcellulose. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupine and soy.
