Erbology Organic Chia Seed Powder, 125 Grams

Cold pressed chia seed powder is excellent for muscle and gut health. Its rich in fibre and one of the best plant based sources of protein. Moreover, its also a great source of calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and zinc, as well as thiamin (vitamin B1) and niacin (vitamin B3). With its mildly nutty flavour, it blends well with sweet and savoury flavours. Stir into yoghurt, smoothies or soups. Chia powder is not simply made of ground chia seeds. First, we cold press the seeds to extract the oil. As a result, powder is more concentrated and rich in minerals and vitamins.
