Bioleificio San Francesco biodynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil was born from the dream of producing a sublime extra virgin olive oil in an enchanting place. Here is the realization of the first pilot project of biodynamic olive growing in Calabria. The olives of native cultivars produced at the biodynamic farm, located between the hill and the sea and pampered in the Serre national park, are harvested when they are ripe and pressed a few steps from the trees, at our Bioleificio San Francesco oil mill, pampered in the arms of the WWF oasis, as if it were an integral part of nature itself. We thus obtain an extra virgin olive oil of excellence with a refined and at the same time delicate taste, rich in biodynamic energy and the sun of the South dedicated to those who believe in the ancestral poetry of the biodynamic method.
