Product Safety Information

Please see the product safety information specific to this product outlined below

The following information is provided by the independent third-party retailer selling this product.

Safety Warnings: Correct Installation: Ensure that the valve is installed in the correct orientation to maintain proper flow direction. Incorrect installation may lead to system damage or failure to operate as intended. Leak Detection: After installation, check for leaks at the union connections and around the swing mechanism. If any leaks are detected, tighten connections or replace damaged components as necessary. O-Ring Maintenance: The union connection utilizes an O-ring seal. Inspect the O-ring regularly and replace it if it shows signs of wear or damage to avoid leaks. Swing Mechanism: Do not obstruct the internal swing mechanism. Make sure that it can move freely to prevent malfunction and ensure proper operation. Over-tightening: Do not over-tighten the union connections, as this can damage the valve, threads, or O-rings, leading to leaks or valve failure. Protective Gear: Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid injury from sharp edges on pipes and valves. Children Safety: Keep the valve out of the reach of children and other vulnerable individuals to prevent accidental damage or misuse.
