Grohe 07150000 Headpart Flow Cartridge for Concealed Valves

GROHE 07150000 3/4 Inch Long-Spindle Headpart Flow Cartridge for Concealed ValvesThe GROHE 07150000 is a 3/4 inch long-spindle headpart flow cartridge used in specific GROHE concealed valves. It operates the water flow through the valve and is identified by GROHE as an old-type headpart with anti-clockwise opening operation.A worn or damaged flow headpart can cause poor flow control, difficulty shutting the valve fully, or water continuing to drip from the shower outlet when the valve is turned off. Replacing the correct headpart can restore normal opening, closing and flow-control operation without replacing the complete concealed valve.Technical Details - - Exact part code: 07150000 - - Part type: long-spindle headpart flow cartridge - - Application: 3/4 inch concealed valves - - Type: old-type headpart - - Opening direction: anti-clockwise / left-turn opening - - Splines: 20 - - Total length: 96.9mm - - Spindle length: 54.2mm - - Spline diameter: 10.9mm - - Nut height: 8.1mm - - Nut diameter: 16.9mm - - Widest point diameter: 32.9mm - - Top fitting height: 4.4mm - - Top fitting diameter: 27.8mm - - Shoulder thickness: 4.2mm - - Bottom diameter: 23.8mm - - Height from top fitting to end of splines: 62.8mm - - Height from under shoulder to bottom: 22.1mm - - Installation spanner size: 22mm - - Manufacturer tightening torque: 25-30 NmConfirmed Valve FitmentImportant Fitment Note: 07150000 is manufacturer-confirmed for GROHE valve codes 29 238 and 29 239. Confirm that the valve requires the 3/4 inch long-spindle 07150000 configuration, with 20 splines and anti-clockwise opening operation. Do not select a GROHE headpart from nominal valve size alone, as other 3/4 inch GROHE spare parts use different spindle lengths and operating mechanisms.Installation NoteWhen fitting the cartridge, the sealing surfaces should be clean and the relevant O-ring and bottom seal can be lightly lubricated with suitable silicone grease. GROHE specifies a tightening torque of 25-30 Nm for this 3/4 inch headpart.Related Spares You May Need - - TACSIL 3g Premium Cartridge Silicone Grease - WRAS Approved
