The floss device consists of a holder where you attach a replaceable disposable floss head on. A floss thread is taut on the floss head and it will vibrate gently as soon as you turn on the flosser, just like an electric toothbrush. The flosser runs on one AAA battery (not included). You attach a floss head directly from the packaging to the device by pushing the blue ring on the floss head until you hear a click. You switch on the flosser by pressing the button, the built-in timer will automatically switch off the flosser after one minute.
