Can be used on the inner rim in the waterline. Sharpen using a makeup pencil sharpener as needed. For a more colorful look, use with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner. Precautions: Stop using and consult a doctor if eye irritation occurs. Do not apply in a moving vehicle.
