4 sachets of 50 g of organic Matcha green tea, refined tea from Organic Farming, to be enjoyed as a drink or incorporated into culinary preparations, such as cakes or ice cream. Used in Japan during the tea ceremony, this matcha tea is made by extremely fine grinding of green tea leaves. This Matcha green tea is made from young premium Gyokuro tea leaves that are steamed then dried and ground into a powder using a stone grinder. The emerald green color powder thus obtained can then be diluted and beaten in hot water using a green tea whisk. In this way, you absorb 100% of the tea leaf. This matcha tea is grown in the Chinese province of Jianxgi and is certified organic by Ecocert. 4 sachets of 50 g.
