Its ultra-fine tip ensures effortless application, allowing you to create both delicate and dramatic eye looks. The formula glides on smoothly and resists smudging or fading throughout the day. Ingredients Water Styrene/Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer Alcohol Denat. Propylene Glycol Sodium Lignosulfonate Phenoxyethanol Caprylyl Glycol Disodium EDTA Iron Oxides (Cl 77499, Cl 77492, Cl 77491) Suggested Use Position the ultra-fine tip of the eyeliner at the base of your upper lash line and apply gently in a sideway motion for a precise line. To create a winged look, use the tip to extend the line slightly outward and upward at the corner of your eye. Note: Avoid using this product on irritated or infected eyes. Discontinue use and consult an ophthalmologist if irritation occurs. For safety, do not apply the product while in a moving vehicle.
