Taking at least 800mg plant sterols each day supports a healthy cholesterol. Taking 1500mg-3000mg per day can help to naturally reduce cholesterol levels. Each teaspoon of our Natures Aid Cholesterol Support Powder combines 1600mg Plant Sterols with your recommended daily intake of Vitamin B1 to support a healthy heart. The product is in a base of Inulin, a natural prebiotic fibre. Natures Aid Plant Sterols are sourced from Pine, so are soya free. How to use: To lower cholesterol:Take 1 teaspoon (3g) daily. To maintain healthy cholesterol:Take ½ teaspoon (1.5g) daily. Powder may be added to drinks, cereals, yoghurts, smoothies, water or taken directly from the spoon.
