TO DRINK Put 1/4 teaspoon of the powder in a cup of hot water (1/2 teaspoon of powder is enough to make 2 cups of tea) and mix it. Add some honey and lemon juice to reduce bitterness. FOR SKIN Mix the powder with a small amount of water to attain a paste-like consistency, apply to the affected area of the skin. Let dry for approximately 20 minutes, or until the paste begins to harden, rinse off, and pat dry. FOR HAIR Mix Neem powder with warm water until a paste forms. Apply it to your hair, starting at the roots and working down to the ends. Let it sit for 30-45 minutes before washing out with warm water. Repeat this every 2 weeks.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
