Neutral mirror glaze 440 g ready to use. This Ready-to-Use Neutral Mirror Glaze will give your pastries superb shine and perfect hold. Very easy to use, it will bring the final touch to your domes, desserts, pies or bavaroises. You can tint or flavor your neutral topping by adding a few drops of coloring or natural flavors. These 2 jars of 220 g, 440 g, allow you to cover about 20 pies of about 20-25 cm in diameter. Ingredients: Mirror glaze preparation: sugar, modified starch, acidity corrector: E331iii, thickeners: E407, E410. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupine and soy.
