Description
Product description:The SERAMIS® organic plant granules for plants and herbs, like the SERAMIS® plant granules for indoor plants, consist of pure clay that is mined in the Westerwald and processed in our production facility not far from the quarrying site. It is a 100% natural product without mineral pre-fertilization and is therefore not only very suitable as a substrate for plants, but also especially for the organic cultivation of culinary herbs, for example. SERAMIS® Organic Plant Granules for Plants and Herbs have all the properties of SERAMIS® Plant Granules for Houseplants: they store water and nutrients, release them as needed, ensure good aeration of the roots, do not compact and prevent fungus gnat infestation. The environmentally friendly idea continues in the use of the packaging. In order to conserve resources and reduce additional new plastic waste, the packaging of SERAMIS® Organic Plant Granules for Plants and Herbs always consists of the highest possible proportion of recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable. The organic plant granules for plants and herbs are part of the SERAMIS® system. In order to provide your plants and herbs with the best possible care in a natural way, we also recommend the use of our SERAMIS® Organic Vital Food, the SERAMIS® Organic Vital Cure, the SERAMIS® Organic Vital Spray and the SERAMIS® Watering Indicator for the right watering time.Application:for: Properties: 100 % vegan and naturalSuitable for organic cultivationPackaging made partly of recycled plasticHigh water and nutrient storagePrevents pest infestation in the planter, e.g. Fungus gnatsExcellent oxygen supplyClean, safe and hygienicDoes not age and compactCannot be repotted all year roundInstructions for use:Repotting houseplants in SERAMIS® Organic Plant Granules for Plants and HerbsUse a larger, waterproof pot as a new planter and fill it 1/3 full with SERAMIS® Organic Plant Granules. Then carefully remove the plant from its old pot, carefully remove excess soil and dead root parts and place the plant and root ball in the middle of the new pot. Fill the pot up to about one centimetre below the edge with organic plant granules. Lightly tapping against the pot helps with distribution. Insert the SERAMIS® watering indicator into the root ball up to the bottom of the indicator panel and water the plant. The optimal watering quantity is approx. 1/4 of the pot volume. Be careful not to water too much, as free water can cause damage to your plant. For a balanced diet, we recommend adding SERAMIS® Organic Vital Food for Plants and Herbs to the irrigation water. Growing herbs in SERAMIS® Organic Planting Granules for Plants and HerbsFill a planting tray completely with SERAMIS® Organic Planting Granules except for a watering rim of approx. one centimetre. Then sow the seeds in the tray. The respective requirements of the seed, such as sowing depth, sowing date, site conditions and germination time, must be taken into account. To ensure optimal germination, water the seeds extensively with water at the beginning and then keep the substrate moist at all times. As soon as the herb seedlings have reached a size of approx. 7 cm, they should be pricked. Be sure to hold the seedlings carefully to avoid damage. Fertilise the pricked plants from the first watering with SERAMIS® Organic Vital Food for Plants and Herbs.Repotting herbs in SERAMIS® Organic Plant Granules for Plants and HerbsWhen repotting or potting Kr
