Want to make your home buns? Nothing is easier with this Tescoma silicone mold Made of top quality silicone, the bun mould is oven-proof up to 230°C Very practical, it is dishwasher safe. To make 6 buns, you will need: 340 g of flour, 150 ml of warm milk, 20 g of fresh baker's yeast, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1 pinch of salt. Preparation: Prepare the leaven with hot milk, sugar and yeast. Then mix with the other ingredients. Prepare the dough and let it rise. Separate the leavened dough in 6 equal parts, place them in the compartments of the mold and let them rise for 15 minutes before baking in the oven. Brush the loaves with egg yolk and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
