Description

Solgar Gentle Iron are non-constipating vegetable capsules. Suitable for Kosher and Vegetarian diets. Ingredients: Each vegicap provides: Iron (as bisglycinate) 20 mg Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate. Vegicap capsule shell: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable glycerin and water. A unique form of chelated iron (iron bisglycinate) formulated for maximum absorption without the gastrointestinal irritation or constipating effects that often accompany iron supplementation. Directions: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) Vegicap daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Warnings: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have a medical condition please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplements.
