Solgar Magnesium Citrate provides 100% magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of this important mineral. Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and absorption. By stimulating the secretion of calcitonin, magnesium aids the influx of calcium into bone and promotes optimal bone mineralization. Along with ATP, magnesium supports cellular energy production. Solgar Magnesium Citrate can also promote nerve and muscle function. Suitable for kosher and vegetarian diets. Ingredients: Two (2) tablets provide: Magnesium (as citrate) 400 mg Tableted with: vegetable powdered cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate. Directions: As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Warnings: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have a medical condition please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplements.
