Solgar No Flush Niacin 500mg (Inositol Hexanicotinate) Vegetable Capsules Does not produce flushing or the gastrointestinal discomfort which may be associated with Niacin use. Niacin is water-soluble Vitamin B and is required for the conversion of carbohydrates and protein into energy. INGREDIENTS: Each vegetable capsule provides: Inositol hexanicotinate 500mg. Providing: Niacin (Vitamin B3)450mg, Inositol 50mg. Encapsulated with: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Free from: corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products preservatives, artificial flavors, colors. Directions: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) or two (2) Veg Caps daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Warnings: May contain vegetable glycerin. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.
