Tarte's Frameworker Brow Pomade is a creamy and pigmented pomade designed to outline, define, and fill in brows effectively. Benefits Glides on smoothly to sculpt and fill in sparse areas Pair with the fill service brow brush and spoolie for precise application Contains babassu oil to help condition and nourish brow hair Waterproof and sweatproof formula Long-lasting wear with smudge-resistant properties Dermatologist tested for safety Key Ingredients Babassu: nourishes and conditions brow hair Amazonian clay: helps minimize oil and keeps pigment in place Mineral pigments: promote soothing and softening of the skin Vitamin E: acts as a natural preservative and antioxidant Suggested Use> Using the fill service brow brush, dip into the pomade and draw a line along the bottom of the arch to define the shape. Create soft, hair-like strokes upward from the bottom of the brow and layer as needed. Comb through with a spoolie to set. For a refined look, use concealer with a precision brush to enhance brow shape.
