The Tarte Double Take Liquid & Gel Eyeliner is a dual-ended, vegan eyeliner designed for versatile eye looks. It features a waterproof liquid liner and a gel pencil for maximum precision and long wear. The gel pencil glides effortlessly for tightlining and defining, while the liquid liner creates a glossy finish that dries quickly to a semi-matte look. Perfect for creating anything from subtle lines to bold wings. Ingredients Amazonian Clay: Enhances wear time and color intensity. Mineral Pigments: Soothes and softens the delicate skin around the lash line. Inactive Ingredients: Black Pencil: Cyclopentasiloxane, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Polyethylene, Isododecane, Ceresin, Diisostearyl Malate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Silica Silylate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Kaolin.
