For the modern chef, the Tovolo "Flex-Core" All Silicone Spatula is great for working with slippery food prep - perfect for mixing, folding, serving, spreading, scraping and flipping. Easy to hold and smooth to touch, the modern spatula is made from silicone, with a nylon centre for rigidity. Adding to its credentials as a multi-purpose utensil, it's also heat resistant to 315C. Edges tapered to a sharp point to scrape sides clean. Completely smooth surface for even spreading. Square corner fits into tight spots. Nylon core for added rigidity. Ergonomically shaped handle for a comfortable grip. Heat resistant to 315C. Food safe. BPA-free. Dishwasher safe.
