Ideal for avid bakers, the "Pro-Grade" Baking Mat Half Sheet creates a distinct working station in the kitchen, while also being the perfect reusable baking liner for trays. The mat, with printed grid lines for uniformity and even spacing of baked goods, can be used for dough kneading, and for baking in the oven or microwave, able to withstand heat up to 260aC. The mat's thin surface provides just enough insulation to prevent burning, while allowing for an even bake, all the while protecting pans from natural wear and tear, including sticky baking build up. Naturally non-stick, the mat alleviates the need for baking paper, or for greasing a pan with butter or oil. 42 x 29cm. Grid lines for uniformity & even placement. Distinct border to create clear workspace. Economic & eco friendly; limiting need for baking paper. Non-stick for easy baking. Oven safe (up to 260C). BPA-free. Dishwasher safe, or wipe with a damp cloth and towel dry. Rolls for easy storage.
