The Urban Decay Brow Blade Waterproof Eyebrow Pencil & Ink Stain is a dual-ended brow tool designed to achieve precise, natural-looking brows without the permanence of microblading. It includes a creamy waterproof pencil for shaping and filling, and an ink stain brush tip for creating realistic, hair-like strokes that add depth and dimension to your brows. Ingredients This product is vegan, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. Suggested Use> Start with clean skin, avoiding foundation or primer on the brow area. Use the pencil side to create shape and fill in sparse areas. Apply lightly at first and build as needed. Flip to the ink stain brush tip to add fine, hair-like strokes from the center to the tail end of the brow. For best results, work upward and outward in light, short strokes. For a long-lasting finish, apply a setting spray such as Brow Finish or All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray immediately after application.
