It is installed at the water inlet end of the boiler to detect the water flow. As the water passes through the water flow impeller assembly, the magnetic rotor rotates and the velocity changes with the flow, and the hall sensor outputs the corresponding pulses. The signal is passed back to the controller, and the controller evaluates the size of the water flow and regulates it.
