2N® Sentrio Cabin EU (incl. cloud for 5 years) 91378901E 2N Sentrio Cabin is a lift cabin emergency communication unit that offers the following services to lift passengers, including people with hearing impairment: Full-duplex audio using VoIP technologyVideo from an external camera in the lift cabin (optional, for full-duplex transmission)Messaging through text communication The lift passenger does not come into direct contact with the other products in this solution. 2N Sentrio Cabin is part of a complete solution that provides VoIP communication between the lift and the control room. Together with 2N Sentrio Cabin, the solution also includes: 2N LiftGate – combined with the 2N Cabin Switch, the IoT gateway provides the lift data connection, including power supply during a mains failure as required by current legislation. It also provides communication with the 2N Elevator Center cloud service.2N Sentrio Switch – the switch allows external inputs/outputs to be connected (not mandatory, but recommended as part of the solution).External IP camera (not part of the 2N portfolio) – video transmission starts with the alarm call. In normal use, video is not available from the lift cabin, which protects the passengers' privacy. For buildings taller than 18 metres the solution includes 2N Sentrio Lobby, which connects to every lift in the building in an emergency. 2N Sentrio Lobby is, for example, suitable for service technicians to communicate with the lift passengers and inform them about the rescue process and its status. One 2N LiftGate ensures 4 hours of operation for 2 lifts on battery backup, i.e. for 2 2N Sentrio Cabin units, 2 2N Cabin Switch units and 2 external cameras (when an external Axis P9106-V camera is used). Main advantages of this unit Configuration of 2N Sentrio Cabin – configure it from a computer with any web browser. The 2N Elevator Center cloud service helps operators communicate with the unit by audio, video and chat during the alarm call. It also lets users configure the unit remotely – for example, setting the communication messages shown on the unit during an alarm call with the call centre, including language changes.
