To make your homemade marshmallow bears, you will need: 1 chocolate bar of the flavor you want: white, milk, praline or dark, 1 jar of mini-marshmallows to melt if you don't want to make your own marshmallow, 1 ScrapCooking food brush. First, melt your chocolate bar in a bain-marie, without adding anything. The chocolate must remain pure. Spread a first layer of melted chocolate in your bear mold with your food brush, making sure not to leave any part of your bear uncovered. This will allow you to obtain a perfect shell for your teddy bear during unmolding and tasting. Then put your mold in the fridge and prepare your marshmallow during this time.
