Directions:
Dosage:
For adults and the elderly.
For the temporary relief of mild anxiety take 1-2 capsules 2 times a day.
To aid sleep, take 2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime, with a dose of 2 capsules earlier in the evening if necessary.
Maximum daily dose: 8 capsules.
Swallow the Bio-Health Passiflora capsules with whole water. Do not chew.
