The formula is sweat and humidity-resistant, dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested, and allergy tested. Ingredients Formulated without parabens, phthalates, and fragrance. Suggested Use> Start at the lash roots, wiggling the brush to the lash tips. Repeat to build the desired effect. For lower lashes, hold the mascara wand vertically. To remove, use fingertips to splash warm water (bath temperature is ideal) on the lashes several times and press gently. Alternatively, wet a cotton pad with warm water, press to the eye, and wipe away. Not recommended for use with Lash Building Primer.
