This is a very flattering shift type dress with a high neck and 1960's feel. It is a fabulous polka dot in teal and off white. The shape is fitted but not too clingy, with a fitted band on the waist to give an hourglass shape. It is finished with gorgeous frills that are attached to the bottom of the band and cascade down the front of the dress. It is fully lined and fastens with a concealed back zip.
