Having been abandoned as a baby at the Foundling Hospital, Hetty Feather (Isabel Clifton) has been fostered by a kind couple but after turning five-years-old she is forced to return to the hospital to begin her education. Now working at Calendar Hall with Gideon (Dasharn Anderson) and Sheila (Polly Allen), Hetty faces a whole set of challenges. In this series, a prank on Sheila goes wrong, the arrival of a butler causes problems and Jack (Stuart Campbell) has a grand idea.
