Cosmetics brush or sponge. Blend the product onto the forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, jawline, and upper neck. For enhanced results, apply a primer such as the e.l.f. Poreless Putty Primer before the foundation. To adjust coverage, mix the foundation with an e.l.f. moisturizer for sheer coverage or with e.l.f.’s glow-enhancing lotion for added luminosity.
