Suggested Use> Prepare the under-eye area by applying e.l.f.'s Illuminating Eye Cream followed by the Luminous Putty Primer. Use the included doe-foot applicator to apply the concealer to desired areas, focusing on areas needing coverage. Blend the product using the Camo Concealer Sponge by stippling for heavier coverage and buffing to smooth out the edges. Alternatively, use your fingers or a concealer brush for blending as needed.
