Everything Old Is Again. With A G.f. Twist

I Come From A Family Of Cooks And Chefs So It Seems Natural To Me To Be Fascinated By The Art Of Cooking And To Share That Interest With Those Who Also Have A Love Of Cooking, Particularly Those Who Still Cook The Old Recipes Handed Down From Their Parents, Aunts And Uncles And Also Grandparents. I Personally, As A Sole Trader Or As A Partner Have Owned A Number Of Businesses Over The Years, Most Of Which Were In The Food Industry, So It Is A Natural Progression To Write A Book Of Recipes. Since I Have Recently Found Myself To Be Gluten Intolerant, I Have Found It Most Rewarding To Have Been Able To Convert The Greater Majority Of Our Recipes Into Gluten Meals.
