Wash, clean and dry feet. Separate the 2 socks by using scissors and separate the two-foot masks from each other. 2. Insert feet into tissue layer of socks and adjust the socks using the enclosed tabs. You can additionally use a regular sock on each foot over the foot mask sock for a tighter fit to get the treatment serum on the entire foot including top, bottom and in between toes. 3. Leave on for 90-120 minutes. NO more than 120 minutes. Relax and enjoy. 4. After, remove socks and wash feet with warm water only and dry feet. Exfoliating socks are for one time use only. 5. DO not apply and moisturizing lotions or cream to feet for the next 10 days or until after peeling is done. The use of lotions or creams will inhibit peeling effect. 6. After around 6-8 days you will notice the gradual peeling of your feet. At the 10th-12th day most of the hard, calloused, discolored skin will have peeled. Leaving your feet with new, renewed, fresh, sexy skin. 7. The exfoliation process may vary depending on thickness of dead skin and skin type. Individuals with very tough calluses or dead skin may require a second application after 10-14 days. 8. Exfoliating socks can be used every 4-6 weeks to keep feet smooth, soft and sexy. 9.
