The spandex content makes this fabric stretch across the width, resulting in a fantastic easy to sew, easy to care for and really versatile fabric. You can make so many different styles with this fabric. The stretch gives it the added advantage when making fitted styles, because it is easier to get a great fit with a fabric that has a little stretch, as it is much more forgiving. It is a medium heavy weight fabric so you could make trousers, skirts, dresses and jackets from it. It lends itself to structured styles and would also be lovely to make bags and accessories with to compliment your outfit. The Minerva Hendon Stretch Woven Cotton Twill is a light-weight fabric with a beautiful floral pattern in royal blue. It is made up of 97% cotton and 3% spandex, giving it a slight stretch for added comfort. The fabric is 145cm wide and has a weight of 140gsm. It is recommended to wash it at 40 degrees. This fabric is perfect for crafting projects such as dresses, skirts, and blouses. Fabric is cut from the roll and available to order by the metre.
