This ready to use, shiny rose gold coloured mirror icing mix will not only give your pastries and biscuits a smooth icing but will also be very useful for making precision decorations. Very easy to use, simply pour your mixture into a saucepan, add 400 ml of water and bring to the boil for 30 seconds. Stir your mixture regularly until it reaches a temperature of 33°C, then pour over your frozen dessert and it's ready. It dries instantly. A practical 220 g jar format that allows you to heat the preparation directly inside.
