Miso Master Organic Miso Tamari ,10 Oz

Organic miso tamari is harvested from organic miso as it ages miso tamari is similar to soy sauce, but has a darker color, thicker consistency, richer, more complex umami flavor, and less sodium. Unlike most soy sauce on the market today which is often made from wheat, tamari is harvested from fermented soy beans, making it suitable for those on a wheat free diet. Use in place of soy sauce, or add to gyoza and tempura dips, marinades, bastes or soups for amplified umami goodness.
