The Movcam F5/F55 VCT Cage Kit outfits your Sony F5 or F55 cinema camera for life on set by adding essential accessory mounting points, 15mm rod clamps, and rig mounting options. The kit includes a VCT 15mm baseplate custom-designed for use with the F5/F55 that features a built-in shoulder support, side rosettes for attaching optional hand grips, and 15mm LWS rod clamps in the front and rear for attaching rod-mounted accessories such as a follow focus, matte box, and battery plate. A V-lock interface at the bottom allows you to mount the baseplate directly to VCT compatible tripod plates. The kit also includes a camera cage comprised of a bolt-on top plate with front and rear 15mm rod clamps, a long top handle, a mount and plug protector for the F5/F55's EVF, and side brackets that attach to the top plate and the VCT baseplate.
