During the war, th eLMS built vehicles for its own use to this design. This wagon was a development of a 1937 prototype and itself became the basis of the BR standard wagon. Primarily used to carry steel plates, other common loads were farm machinery, motor cars and large packing cases.This finely moulded plastic wagon kit comes complete with pin point axle wheels and bearings. Glue and paint will be required, along with appropriate transfers. Additional parts to enable the vehicle to be modelled incorporating modifications made to the prototypes during their working life are included where appropriate.Comes with metal wheels. Coupling required.
