Lightfastness varies from Good to Very Good, with a few exceptions (Bright Orange, Carmine and Primary Magenta).Colours dry within several hours (according to dilution and paper weight) and can be reworked with water or wet colour once dried, so be sure to protect finish pieces with varnish.
