Castor Oil is a natural moisturizer that penetrates the outer layers of the skin to make it softer and more pliable. The benefits of externally applied Castor Oil can be amplified by using a "castor oil pack," which is a piece of wool flannel soaked in the oil and placed on the body. Utilizing a pack allows for maximum absorption in a specific area. The addition of heat further enhances this absorption, enabling the oil to effectively deliver its properties to the body. At Home Health™, extensive research has gone into formulating genuinely effective personal care products made from traditional, natural ingredients. Our Castor Oil is of the highest quality available. It is cold pressed and cold processed with no artificial components. You can trust Home Health™ to provide the natural health products your family needs. Directions Cleanse the skin with mild soap and water. Apply as needed, twice daily. For a concentrated application as a Castor Oil Pack, saturate wool flannel and apply to the desired area. Dry heat may be utilized.
